หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Make reservations for hotels, transfers and tours. • Respond to customers enquiries in a timely manner. (English or Dutch or Thai correspondences) • Prepare documents such as make itinerary, vouchers, train tickets, bus tickets, invoices and vouchers. • Responsible for our online bookings. • Assist Operation team. • Ability to negotiate with suppliers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Age 20-35. Any nationality. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in tourism or related field. • Fresh graduate are welcome. • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. • Good interpersonal skill, Ability to multitask and establish priorities with able to work under pressure. • High energy with positive attitude. • Proficient in MS Office & Google applications. • Service-minded working attitude. • Good team management with pleasant personality. • Dynamic, flexible, with the can-do attitude. • Confident in dealing with challenging scenarios and think critically on your feet. • Abilities to make reservation for flight tickets would be advantage. • สามารถ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีพอสมควร • มีความรู้ในการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมผิวเตอร์ Ms Word Ms Outlook and Ms Excel • ขยันสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ • สามารถรับแรงกดดันได้ • ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่และผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์ หรือนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์ • จบปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา ชาย/หญิง **** ขอผู้ที่มีความสนใจในการทำงานจริงๆ สามารถติดต่อได้หากมีนัดสัมภาษณ์งาน รบกวนขอความร่วมมือผู้สมัครงานอย่าส่งแบบเดาสุ่ม
