Responsible

1. Correspondence with customer for all inquires in order to get job done efficiently.
2. Arrange shipment and carrier, vendor, consignee and agents for the best benefit.
3. Prepare and arrange import-export documents. (Declaration, Invoice, Packing List and other related documents)
4. Contact and communicate with import-export organization. (Customs, DFT, Embassy)
5. Contact and coordinate with SEA and AIR shipping lines for booking space and cooperate with oversea agents.
6. Prepare job costing for each shipment and arrange expense to customer.
7. Plan the schedule of each shipment for delivery cargo.
8. Provide other related service about import-export (value-added) to customer and meet company policy.
9. Visit and cooperate with customer.
10. Other duties and project as assigned.
11. Jobs related to clearing customs.

More qualification

1. Knowledge of Import-export and customs.
2. Good command of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
3. Computer literacy involving Word, Excel and Email application.
4. Enthusiasm and good teamwork attitude.
5. Good interpersonal, strong leadership, communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
6. Pleasant personality.
