Export Coordinator (เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายส่งออก)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Handle air and ocean export shipments with through knowledge of all related procedures and documentation. • Prepare related documentation; (HAWB's, MAWB's, HB/L,MB/L, Shipping Instruction, Haz Cargo Decl., Cert. of Origin etc.) • Route and arrange export bookings with airlines & ocean carrier's. • Dispatch pick-ups to authorized agents, drayage companies, etc... • Awareness of export regulations for major countries & documentation requirements. • Invoice customer/overseas agents/vendors etc. • Able to coordinate and/or answer general inquiries from customers and overseas agents independently • Liaise with concern parties to completed the shipment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 2-3 years of logistics fields (export freight forwarding is advantage) • Detailed knowledge of air & ocean knowledge is a must. • Ability to work in fast pace environment, well organized • Excellent Written and Verbal English skills • Must have experience using MS Office applications & other shipping related portal like INTTRA, AFR, VGM, etc..
