Direct Sales (VVIP Customer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Propose a products and services of Siam Takashimaya Department Store for customers in order to the sales target set.
• Follow details of all promotions and provide accurate information to customers.
• Coordinate with each department in order to serve customers need.
• Motivate and support team in problem solving to achieve the sales target.
• Provides guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, promotion, credit card and activities in or outside the department store.
• Service and give customer requests for special services.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age between 22 – 35 years old with Thai nationality.
• Bachelor Degree or over in related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in sale function for VIP customer
• Experience in Retail Business will be an advantage.
• Good communication in English.
• Be able to work as a shift and work in the opening and closing hours of the department store.
