หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Plan sales target and monitor sales of department in the responsible product line with Store General Manager -Motivate and support team in problem solving to achieve the sales target. -Resolve issue and customer's complaint, oversee that customer service is in line with Company policies and standards. -A good role model for service to subordinate employees. -Oversee and solve problems in receiving, changing and returning goods in accordance with the company policy. -Prepare sales staff, sales area and product display for promotion to make the maximum sales. -Create the promotion within the store to increase sales. -Plan and monitor the promotion include summary and report the result to Store General Manager. -Create the promotion within the store to increase sales. -Plan and conduct a competitive survey. And summarize the report to provide the solution to relevant departments. -Control the operating costs of the responsible product group. -Human Resources Development - Advice and train the Sales --Manager in sales management to achieve sales targets. -Monitor about the loss of goods to ensure that step are taken according to the company policy.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education & Experience -Bachelor's degree or higher in related field. -At least 7 years’ experience in retail business. -Skills and Competencies -Ability to analyze, plan, and calculate. -Ability to make resolutions. -Have service mind. -Good communication in English.
