Sales Coordinator ***BTS เพลินจิต***

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1 To coordinator with all related departments, suppliers for on behalf of sales team 2. To handle all sales quotations, purchase order, invoice, official letter, and shipping documents. 3. To handle import and domestic shipments. 4. Work with the sales team and oversea branches (Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore) to support customer requirement and follow up overdue payment. 5. Maintains customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates. 6. Updates PSI system (forecast) for Mitsubishi products 7. Controlling stock inventory, monitoring logistics costs (warehouse, transportation, import cost) and make monthly report of stock situation.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Female Only - Bachelor Degree in relevant field - At least 2 years of working experience in customer service, sales support or a related field in manufacturing and electronics trading company. - Good communication and written skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any other sales related system - Positive thinking and good problem solving skills. - Knowledge of Import/Export Documents & Incoterm would be an advantage
