Product Owner (Tcaster Application)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Description - Define the overall product vision and strategy with inputs from key stakeholders. - Build, manage, and maintain the product roadmap and product backlog for Tcaster Application. - Serve as the product evangelist and communicate the vision and progress across key stakeholders. - Be a champion of the MVP concept and drive towards product-market fit by “de-risking” and validating key areas of the product through frequent market feedback (via concept testing, analytics, A/B testing, surveys, POCs, etc.) - Work with design teams to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys; act as the voice of the customer and synthesize product feedback from key stakeholders. - Collaborate with strategy, design, and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver key product backlog using an iterative, agile approach. - Set near-term product priorities in support of the overall vision, effectively balancing short-term and long-term objectives to deliver maximum value Design and control operation to ensure high service level of the product.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification - อายุไม่เกิน 39 ปี ชาย/หญิง - BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent - Experience running a successful and influential consumer technology - Experience building and leading product team using agile methodology - Project management skills - Passionate about technology and building software product - Excellent communication and skills, entrepreneurial mindset, teamwork, and ability to drive for result - Proven empathy for users or learners (especially teenage group) as a basis for product and market development - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษสื่อสารได้
