Vice President of Legal (รองประธานฝ่ายกฎหมาย)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To conduct and well manage contract and/or agreement on good benefit of the Company. - Provide legal consultancy that concern the company business to other department including review and provide legal comment on the contracts both internal & external. Act as the Company lawyer for the corporate litigation cases. - Control the company registration documents including company shareholder registration documents, company intellectual properties, etc. - Conduct contract and advise the executives team on all business related significant legal risks/issues especially business contracts to prepare and adjust the business direction to comply with the law (if need). - Provide legal consultancy that concern the c - Company business to other department including review and provide legal comment on the contracts both internal & external. Act as the Company lawyer for the corporate litigation cases. - To support internal control and well prepare necessary Policy etc. for IPO. - To initiate the necessary policy to complete control under requirement of law. - To educate and training employees aware of legal concern via legal news.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• คุณสมบัติ - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law. - Minimum 10 years in law field. - Good overview knowledge of Financial business. - Good analytical and communication skills with experience working directly with high level management. - Able to write and interpreted Thai to English. - Understand financial business and experience - Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks and projects with strong personal time. management skills, punctually under pressure - Proficiency in English skill in both writing and speaking.
