support Services Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description - Provide technical support and guidance in manufacturing operations. - Monitor operations expense, production schedule, inventory, quality and safety aspects to ensure the company operates at the highest efficiency. - Manage to ensure cost effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality and performance standards. - Analyse internal and external situations/problems and the impacts to ensure immediate and appropriate actions are taken. - Monitor implementation Quality Management System and evaluate planned schedule based on applied standard. - Provide strategic direction on the policy development related to departments/divisions - Evaluate and monitor departments/divisions performance that enables them to be proactive in anticipating changes of plan, policy and resources - Organize and intensify efficiency support services by enhancing functions and coordinating communication between businesses and support functions. - Responsible for executing new guidelines, business tools or workflow/model or strategies, as well as business measures for the organization. - Collaborate with operations team and cross functional to meet business requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements - 38- 45 Years old. - Thai or Malaysian National with working experience in Thailand - Bachelor degree. Preferably manufacturing / engineering - Minimum 5 years experiences in operations management fields. Have good background in industry environment and business concerning mindset - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, ability to collaborate effectively with all related parties - Solid organization and analytical skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills. - Proficiency utilizing the MS Office Programs is required. Knowledge in SAP/WMS will be advantage. - Creative and motivate, has an open mind towards new ways of doing things. - Strong work ethic, thrives under pressure, result oriented - Excellent communication and good relationships internally and externally. - High standard of customer focus. - Ability to operate efficiently in a time pressured environment. - Work under dynamic and make a quality and timely decision under ambiguity and fast paced environment. - Financially sound and Profit & Loss orientated. - Base in Wellgrow.
