Process Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Responsibilities: • Optimize and improve solar cell technology ,improve process stability and effectiveness, promote cell conversion efficiency; • Research and implement new technology and new material of solar cell; • Analysis and research emergency and significant problems of production line, organize relevant personnel to solve the problems; • Be responsible for debugging new machine and equipment to match the technology requirement of production; • Made up and implement technology paper, mainly about the PFEMA and control plan, guide the production dept. operate follow the paper; • Build up and lead the process engineer team, make plane and arrange work, communicate and coordinate with other dept. engineer, make sure the work go through smooth; • Other task assigned by supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Master's degree, major in physics, semiconductor, microelectronics and chemicals; - 1ys and above solar industry experience, good technical skill, be familiar with software; -Strong ownership, independently finish work, be good at analysis and communicate, team work spirit and could lead a team; -Good healthy, could accept the overtime work. -welcome new graduates.
