Warehouse Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Managing the warehouse daily operation, continuously strengthen the whole procedures of the warehouse management, and be Responsible for disposing any incidents which happened in the warehouse in time. 2.In charge of the warehouse operator management, formulate manning quotas in advance and arrange reasonably staff to work overtime and control the number of people for extra work to save the labor and reduce cost 3.Follow closely the warehouse adjustment daily, and work closely with LOG supporting team and sales team to strictly control warehouse Unknown losses, warehouse Known losses 4.Allocate proper SPACE/ HEAD COUNT/ MACHINARY etc. warehouse recourses based on comments from LOG PLANNING to different shifts and teams to continuously lead the team improving 5.Adjustment staff working time and storage space according to the PMC at any time 6.Supervising the implementation of the warehouse daily work matters, and checking and solving the problems in the work, to ensure that account in accord with the quantities of goods in the warehouse 7.Becoming familiar with SAP, WM management operating system, and be familiar with warehouse management process

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male or Female age over 35 years up. - Master's degree in logistics. Or related field - Can speak Chinese and can speck English. - Experience in warehouse management level for at least 10 years. - Can use program SAP.
