หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key responsibility: Develop and lead content strategy that align with HITAP’s Communication objectives and outcomes Manage daily/weekly/monthly content flow to ensure timely and quality manner Lead content creator for everything from policy briefs, blogs, newsletters, headlines, reports, web copy, press announcements to video storytelling, training tools and books. Remain strong voice of editor as an input for quality checks of HIU knowledge products and ensure content is developed towards the communication objectives and goals Provide proofreading and copyedit of various HIU knowledge products, including, but not limited to, reports, policy briefs, infographics, blogs, and other publications Partner with HITAP communication team and Project Associates to collaborate on content optimizations to build audience on all channels Work with in-house and outsource designers to develop assets for content

• Job requirements: Essential requirements and qualifications: A graduate degree in English literature, Journalism, Communications or related field High proficiency in English writing and editing Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, the Internet) The ability to multi-task and work well under deadline. Must work well in a team, fast-paced, high-energy and deadline-driven environment. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Preferred qualifications: Proven experience as content writer or content editor Experience and/or strong interest in health and medical content At least 2 years experiences as a content writer or editor Basic knowledge on graphic designing process Type of employment: full-time, office-based employment with occasional international travel
