หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Quality Management System 1.1 Provide audit checklist to comply with all requirements according to ISO standards e.g , ISO9001, AS9100 , ISO/IEC17025 etc. 1.2 Perform internal audit follow Internal Audit Plan and Audit Notification. 1.3 Collect data from internal audit, record, analyze, evaluate and report the results of internal audit. 1.4 Summarized discrepancy and obstacles encountered in performing the audit to the auditee and QMR. 1.5 Re–Audit (follow up) to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions in case found discrepancy. 1.6 To be an ISO Instructor. 1.7 Doing actions by following lead internal auditor command. 2. Environmental Management 2.1 Coordinate and send samples to certified laboratory for testing. 2.2 Check concerned documents e.g. ICP, MSDS to ensure C.C.S. shall not use prohibited chemical substances. 2.3 Immediate inform EMR in case of found prohibited chemical substances. 2.4 Request guarantee letter from purchasing or direct to supplier. 2.5 Prepare C.C.S. guarantee letter and forward to customers. 3. To follow up the status of Quality Objectives of all sections. 4. To follow up the corrective action and improvement plan when Quality Objective not achieve target. 5. To be a chemical Substances Control Instructor.
