หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• • Collaborate with development teams to understand and deliver appropriate solutions for business problems.
• • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• • Test systems and verify new system functionality before deployment to users.
• • Coordinate and support users post-system improvement or new system development.
• • Prepare reports and present analysis results to management and stakeholders.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• • Strong understanding of business processes and information systems.
• • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• • Knowledge of new technologies and their application in an organization.
• • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
• • Proficiency with analytical and data management tools such as SQL, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
