Cost Engineer (M&E)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Follows up on the pre and post-contract administration of projects assigned; • Prepares tender bid documents; • Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers; • Understands the contractual terms and works to ensure that other stakeholders such as Project Team Members, Accounts and Finance understands and complies with the terms; • Assists in resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers; • Assists to evaluate contractors and sub-contractors' bids and recommends awards for contracts as appropriate; • Monitors closely the project costs and puts up project cost reports on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis; • Ensures effective cost control of projects and that all purchases are within budgets; • Puts up budget reporting on a regular basis; • Verifies all payments are in order before payments by Company; • Monitors all payment collections; • Attends to all contract administration matters and maintains proper documentation of the project; • Attends site and other meetings as required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering • At least 2-5 years' experience in quantity Surveying/ Commercial • Good internal and external networking and excellent team work • Focus and detailed numerical skills • Willing to work hard, Good Coordination, Good responsibility and team player • Able to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands • Can Based on site project as per designated • Good knowledge of standard Forms of Contract • Good knowledge of the industry
