▶ Coordinate and give supervision to the contractor for implementing PM & CM, according to PM Plan and Safety Regulation. ▶ Troubleshooting the Breakdown problem of all FCM Equipments to minimize the downtime. ▶ Perform documentation (OP, WI, All records) which is necessary for maintenance system to meet ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO18000 and Company Standards. ▶ Implement regular inspection program for all FCM Equipments. ▶ Implement the daily check list for all FCM Equipments.

▶ Bachelor’s degree/Vocational Certificate in mechanical engineering/machine mechanic or related field. ▶ Having experience in Maintenance of Facility system at least 3-5 years with hands-on troubleshooting knowledge. ▶ Knowledge in Preventive Maintenance of Industrial factory especially facility/utility field such as Chiller, AHU, Air Conditioning, Fire Protection System, Waste Water Treatment, Fire Alarm system, Ventilation System. ▶ Be able to do troubleshooting for FCM Equipment. ▶ Be able to work in shift model. ▶ Be able to communicate in English language at a fair level.
