▶ Manage Logistics Q (quality) in cooperation with Bosch Gasoline global. ▶ Improvement of logistics process of Bosch standard CLM (Cycle logistics management). ▶ Management of the whole production plan. ▶ Make Business Plan, logistics cost calculation. ▶ Make monthly production plan according to customer order. ▶ Inventory control within the target. ▶ Control of scrap process and inventory. ▶ New products management and ECR change control process. ▶ Establish and maintain production system. ▶ Store and warehouse management. ▶ Establish yearly logistics plan for the budget and material. ▶ Handling for scrap process (BOI & non BOI). ▶ Conduction and implementing of warehouse basics; physical counts and cycle counts to ensure less difference during annual physical counts. ▶ Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires and in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. ▶ Plan and lead day-to-day operation with logistics team, ensure to meet customers’ requirements in timely and safety manner. ▶ Ensure for smoothly process in supply chain (standard process, WI to be in place).

▶ Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in any related fields. ▶ Professional experience at least 8 years. ▶ At least 5 years experience in similar position from automotive industry. ▶ Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. ▶ Fluent in communication of both written and spoken English. ▶ Ability to take decisions and elaborate solutions under time pressure. ▶ Ability to identify cost drivers and derive approaches for improvement. ▶ Good interpersonal skills and a self-confident manner. ▶ Strong working knowledge of local rules and regulations. ▶ Experience in ISO and TS14969 is preferred. ▶ Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and Power point, and SAP knowledge.
