▶ Perform receiving activities for all indirect materials. ▶ Provided documents to Finance/Supply Chain Management. ▶ Issue indirect material receiving report to all concern persons if any are required. ▶ Provide the manager with a report of logistics stationary in stock at the month end of each term. ▶ Ensure logistics stationary is stocked and available for request. Always check the minimum number of stationary and make purchase request. ▶ Evaluate supplier performance/audit suppliers based on receiving documents. ▶ Ensure that all information in invoice is the same as PO issued. ▶ Administration of logistics department.
