▶ Must be able to accurately troubleshoot hardware/network problems to ensure that plant operations work properly. ▶ Contact person regarding IT topics in manufacturing eg. SAP system, production system. ▶ Coordination, consultation and support on all IT topics. ▶ Support local users, maintain and update all appropriate documents and also train users.

▶ Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, applied science, engineer or related field. ▶ Knowledge about SAP system. ▶ Knowledge about networking, infrastructure computer Hardware, Software, OS. ▶ 1-2 years working experience supporting for manufacturing user. ▶ Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an international and culturally diverse organization. ▶ Systematic thinking. ▶ Very good in English and Thai.
