▶ GS Value Stream Manager, POE_FF23 Plant Expert, IPN Plant Coordinator, Implementation of PT’s shop floor & Manufacturing Quality System. ▶ Response as plant expert to implement the POE Project Production Module in RBTA/Y and train the operation process to key users. ▶ Lead the BPS in GS business as Value Stream Manager. (CIP, SMC, PKM, Power Shift, BPS Assessment and etc.). ▶ Support for cost reduction of RPP project and plant benchmark as the plant coordinator. ▶ Coordinate the IPN KPI to report the performance result to all lead plants. ▶ Support internal and external audit, as well as external certification (e.g. Customer audit, ISO certification, System audit, etc.). ▶ Support the new rollout activities implementation of Manufacturing Quality System. (QAP, QAM, etc.). ▶ Support tasks assignment from MOE4 Director and operations in case of major incidents (e.g. HSE, Quality Complaint, etc.).

▶ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production technology or related fields. ▶ Expert in Lean Manufacturing & Lean Logistics. ▶ Proficient in 5S, Value Stream Mapping and One Piece Flow. ▶ Project management & cross-functional working skills. ▶ Good communication in English. ▶ Leadership Strength: ambition to lead, able to motivate others, stability, and delegate work. ▶ Result orientation: target orientation and cost awareness.
