▶ Investigating, analyzing and tracking of both external & internal quality issue and define containment action and close quality issues. ▶ Perform sampling check according to product audit plan and in-process inspection sampling plan. ▶ Coordinating with concerned people to close all internal pending issues such as re-work, suspect product and sorting activity on a daily basis. ▶ Follow up External & Internal quality issue(IQIS) until closed including defining the break point (Clean lot) activity until remove the containment action activity. ▶ Product audit planning and coordinating with lead plant. ▶ Summarizing quality report on a daily basis and communicate to next shift for pending quality issue. ▶ Coordinating with leader in case of QMM measuring equipment damage & dropped during inspection.
