▶ Project Leader in new molding tool shop and tools manufacturing processes ▶ Create the training plan with leadplant and execute the training plan for all associate ▶ Build up mold expert and competency development ▶ Manage two groups of molding tool service and production of new tool spare parts ▶ Lead and manage resources within Molding tool shop to ensure all tooling are produced efficiently ▶ Management task, Molding tools utilization, service & maintenance, including cost responsibility and controlling

▶ Professional experience at least 5 years in Molding and Die tool shop ▶ Managerial experience at least 3 years ▶ Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering (Instrumental,Tool & Die) or related fields ▶ Experience CNC Turning, High Speed Milling, EDM, Laser Welding and Molding tool assembly processes ▶ Expert in layout and tolerancing ▶ Experience CAD/CAM, Programming of Machines ▶ Fluent in English and Thai (German is advantage) ▶ Confident in leading people and discussions ▶ Positive attitude and willingness to work in a multinational team and Cross-functional working ▶ Lead task force and problem solve ▶ Ability to work under pressure ▶ High sense of responsibility and motivation ▶ Knowledge and ability to lead development skills ▶ Good communication and cooperation
