Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions
Design system workflows and propose practical, scalable solutions
Prepare technical specifications and related documentation
Develop simple features and enhancements based on business needs
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing production systems
Perform system maintenance and support ongoing operational stability
Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery
Support testing, validation, and rollout of solutions
Provide technical support and coordinate across business and technical teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Good understanding of web architecture, APIs, and overall system logic
Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript and related technologies such as Node.js, Express, Vue.js, or similar frameworks, with the ability to read, maintain, and develop simple features
Ability to query and analyze data using PostgreSQL or MySQL for troubleshooting and investigation
Experience debugging and troubleshooting existing production code
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution
