Collaborate with plant teams to identify operational challenges and opportunities for AI and digital solutions
Develop and deploy applications using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, KNIME)
Support user adoption by providing training and hands-on guidance on AI tools and digital solutions
Act as the first point of contact for AI-related support within assigned areas
Translate technical outputs into clear and actionable insights for non-technical users
Monitor usage and continuously improve deployed solutions based on feedback
Document use cases and support knowledge sharing initiatives

Familiarity with digital tools, automation, or low-code/no-code platforms
Basic understanding of data and AI concepts
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset and strong learning agility
Ability to work in cross-functional and on-site environments
Good command of English
