หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage, plan, and implement technical support policies and procedures. 2. Perform technical support Solution tasks. 3. Installation of hardware and software for both internal and external. 4. Prepare equipment parts and tool for technical support operations. 5. Troubleshoot issues with computer systems and others. 6. Perform tasks according to plan. 7. Ensure quality of operations and overall infrastructure for both internal and external users. 8. Prepare monthly report for and future planning. 9. Control and management of development records and versions. 1. วางแผนและบริหารจัดการนโยบายและขั้ตตอนการทำงานด้านเทคนิค 2. ทำหน้าที่สนับสนุนงานด้านเทคนิค 3. ติดตั้งระบบและอุกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร 4. จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือและชิ้นส่วนสำหรับปฏิบัติหน้าที่ 5. แก้ไขปัญหาคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบ 6. ทำงานตามแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้ 7. รักษาคุณภาพของการดำเนินงานและโครงสารพื้นฐานของระบบทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร 8. จัดทำรายงานและวางแผนการทำงาน 9. ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการเอกสารและบันทึกต่างๆ

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Worked in technical support environment. 2. Knowledge and experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues. 3. Knowledge and experience in hardware and OS (Unix, Linux, Windows, FreeBSD, CentOS etc.) 4. Network fundamentals; internal local network (LAN, Wi-Fi), wide network (WAN, VPN), enterprise network (Cloud is a plus). 5. Knowledge and experience in  SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. 6. Knowledge and experience in following domains: cloud based / content management system / AdTech / online ads / Fintech / online reports / business intelligence / big data / etc.
