หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage, plan and implement online content acquisition and administration of the company's products in a logical and comprehensive manner. 2. Dynamically change and update online contents in response to internal and external changes to maximize user satisfaction. 3. Perform tasks according to plan. 4. Ensure quality of operations and overall infrastructure for both internal and external users. 5. Control and management of development records and versions.

• 1. Knowledge and experience in help content management, digital content management and marketing especially in online environment such as e-commerce. 2. Ability to plan, implement and reporting of work tasks. 3. Ability to think analytically and strategically to evaluate and solve problems. 4. Ability to think creatively and self-motivated to take initiatives. 5. Ability to make decisions, multi-task and to work under pressure. 6. Ability to coordinate and communicate well internally and externally. 7. Ability to manage work time and attention to work details. 8. Ability to document work responsibilities and processes. 9. Ability to manage and motivate team members. 10. Ability to research and apply new and updated information.
