• HSE Supervisor Job Purpose: Maintain HSE program and make sure company meet the group standards. Maintain the training plan for employees and contractor employees. Responsible 2 Plant, Head office and DC HSE Supervisor Job Duties: • Direct report to HSE manager. • Maintain health safety and environment at workplace planning • Make sure all health safety and environmental laws are complied • Maintain HSE strategy, group standard and HSE manual is complied • Monitoring the environmental compliance activities, including light, sound, heat, and chemicals • Maintain Treatment plant, waste control register and permit approval. • Leader for HSE program and activities • Employees and contractor training program. • Coordinate and follow up the hazard pending and summary report. • Daily safety observation and follow hazard finding. • Risk assessment with area owner and contractor project. • Safety committee meeting and follow pending from the inspection. • Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe • Fire man leader and make sure emergency equipment are complied with the laws. • Maintain Annual fire drill, emergency equipment inspection, fire protection. • Security management and Maintain Covid-19 protocol. • Health and safety sharing and daily safety talk. • Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site • Contractor work permit control and tools inspection • Maintain 5S program
