Assistant Manager, Customer Experience QA

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for quality initiatives such as audits of voice and digital touchpoints and regular feedback to customer service agents - Monitor and report quality performance weekly, monthly to both country and regional - Manage performance and resources of the team to execute the quality initiatives within agreed SLA timeline - Identify quality gaps in the workflow and perform gap analysis to ensure management KPIs are adhered to - Project manage new initiatives using proven data-driven approach and make an impact on SLAs such as CSAT, contact rate and training productivity

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree in any field - Minimum 3 years of experience in QA of call center or telesales - Good communication skills - Candidates with startup experience will be a huge plus - Good command of spoken and written English - Proficient knowledge of excel and software
