- Support the development of account planning by ensuring we are up to date about competitor’s landscape (insights churning), client’s expectations (alignment of metrics), and working on execution for initiatives with clients - Ensure reports committed with client are being sent with accuracy - Ability to understand what is important to client and suggest improvements to hit it - Take charge of all issues escalated by assigned clients to ensure resolution in a timely manner
