• Monitor & Maintain Server and Network infrastructure and ensure relevant departments are informed of potential risks/service impacts on a timely manner • Monitor backup process, system log, security log and report suspicious activity to direct supervisor • Respond to Network and Service events, open and assign trouble tickets when needed, and report such events to direct supervisor • Serve as a focal person in an event of outages/service impacts • Interact with engineering team and other stakeholders (other departments, clients, etc.) to resolve necessary issues • Work in a 24/7 NOC environment: being on call 24/7, attend to alarm system, and operate a shift work as assigned • Other assignments as required
