หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Duties & Responsibilities: - Handling telephone calls, guest relation duties and some general office work. - Greets and directs visitors to the company. - Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel. - Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information. - Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications. - Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services. - Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies. - Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree onwards - Languages: Thai, English, both speaking and writing (if can speak Chinese will be considered) - Ability to work under pressure and tight dateline - Good Computer skills : Microsoft Office - Able to work independently - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Thai Nationality
