Purchasing Manager/ Purchasing Supervisor(2)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Handle day to day operations for purchasing functions, quotations, quality and availability Negotiable and maintain good relationships with all suppliers to obtain best pricing Responsible for physical control of all store items until issued, fully documented under strict control procedures (key control, timing schedule, authorized issue requests).  Ensures that all authorized or approved purchase orders are sent to their respective suppliers/vendors for delivery purposes on a daily basis. Ensures & verifies that quotations are regularly updated and supplier’s new current price lists are maintained. Analyze past and future inventory demand volumes, inventory trends and make forecast to minimize wastage's or surplus Ensures that the suppliers follow the rules relating to hygiene of goods delivered. Perform other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any field At least 7-10 years' experience in related function with 1-3 years’ experience in food and beverage industry. Strong interpersonal, communication, planning and negotiation skills Good command of English both of speaking and writing. Willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
