Restaurant Assistant Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for overall supervising, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in outlet and banquet area Manages service delivery in outlets to ensure excellent service from point of entry to departure (e.g. greeting from hostess, speed of order taking and food and beverage delivery, fulfillment of special requests, collection of payment and invitation to return Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations Resolve guest concerns and complaints in order to maintain a positive atmosphere Responsible to promote and carry sales volume of total managing areas in order to achieve sales target Dealing with the marketing team in planning promotions and campaigns Oversee regular preventive maintenance, maintain outlet safety and sanitations standards Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands on management Supervises daily shift operations in absence

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male or Female, aged 25-30 years College degree in Hotel Management or related filed At least 1-3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel Excellent guest service skills Team leader with good interpersonal skills Good command in English both written and spoken
