หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - initiate business strategy in expanding business (Motor insurance) with new clients and channels as well as to cross-sell with existing clients - Able to prepare budget and conduct business analysis - Plan and implement detail marketing strategy and activities to increase sales volume - Familiar in expanding business and sales in Dealer channels - Be a project owner for new product development by working closely with OIC and partners

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Min Bachelor's degree in any fields • Thai nationality, age between 40-45 years old. • At least 10 years’ experience in Marketing, Business Development Management or any related fields • Min 5 years experienced in Motor insurance with direct experiences in Dealer Channel • Preferably Active Non-Life insurance license • Sales Driven and result-oriented • Strategic thinking and Problem solving • Good motivation and negotiation skills • Hands on, Initiative and love challenges • Excellent communication in English • Good at Computer literacy especially in Power point and excel • Able to travel upcountry occasionally
