หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility • Search for potential candidates both normal method and different methods such as direct search, advertising, referral, networking, and using database etc. • Interview and select prospective candidates for the assigned clients. • Multitasking on various assignments at one time. • Business Development for new clients and retain relationship with existing clients. • Work with supervisor closely on assigned projects and tasks including follow the feedback from the interviews. • Managing offering process including manage candidate and client’s expectations. • Provide consultative advices and support client for the entire recruitment process. • Providing market intelligence information from both internal and external parties. • Partnering in recruitment activity and provide added value services to key clients. • Finding top tier passive candidate. Qualification • Aged not over 30 years old • Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree in business or related fields • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment industry with proven achievement record • Active with excellent problem solving skills. • Good command of English and Thai language in both written and spoken • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) • Good Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills • Willing to work hard after working hours if necessary
