หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Responsibilities: Draft investment policies for real-estate development projects, seek opportunities to invest or develop new real-estate as new investments, planning, manage real-estate development projects successfully, assess risk of real-estate development projects, and other special projects of the Company as assigned. Job Description: 1. Plan and draft investment policies and real-estate development projects. 2. Seek opportunities to invest or develop new real-estate as new investments. 3. Study and analyze the potential of real-estate investment projects and financial projections to be proposed to the Real Estate Investment Subcommittee, Investment Committee, Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, and other committees (if any). 4. Operate real-estate investment projects both in the form of real-estate purchases, and real-estate development projects. 5. Control / monitor, consult and plan analytical studies of investments or real-estate development projects for investments. 6. Study and analyze other special projects of the Company as assigned. 7. Report on the real-estate market situation especially about office buildings for rent to the Real Estate Investment Committee.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Real-Estate (preferable) At least 5 years of experience in real-estate or real-estate development and at least 3 years of experience in management Ability to run forecasting, planning financial models Direct 2 years’ experience in managing High Raise Building at least 20-storey Strong analytical thinking, planning, problem solving, coordinating, controlling, monitoring, evaluating skills Solid leadership qualities to inspire others to work effectively to achieve the organization’s targets. Result driven and able to work under pressure and Good command of English in both writing and speaking Good computer skills in operating Excel, Word and Power point and specific design programs such as AUTO CAD Be knowledgeable about the real-estate investment market. Strong project management and vendor management
