• - Demonstrated experience in high-level/strategic thinking, planning, and stakeholder management - Experience working in starts ups is preferred - Proven experience in agile project management and product/service management - Strong written and oral communication skills - Effective at negotiating and persuading others - Possesses the ability to inspire and motivate all levels of staff - Experienced managing relations with customers and other parties Job Summary The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for overseeing all technological aspects of the company. The CTO works with the management team to build a strategy for company growth, via the development and implementation of technology. The CTO will direct all employees in IT departments on how to attain the company's strategic goals.

• - Professional / Academic Qualification (minimum qualification required) - MBA and/or MS in Computer Science or a related field - At least 15 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, with at least 10 years of experience in a management and/or strategic role - At least 10 years' experience in the IT industry, with at least 7 years of experience in a management and/or strategic role, and an MBA or an MS in Computer Science or a related field
