หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Control and monitor the performance of all subordinates and Outsource Agent - Handle, monitor and improve the Collection process - Train and provide some advice to subordinates and Outsource Agent when they have problems - Train and develop collection skill of collectors Coordinate with concern parties - Provide report to supervisors as per requested - Other jobs as per the assignment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in any filed - Experience: 3-5 years - Good Personality, Logical Thinking, Enthusiasm and able to work under pressure, - Able to use MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power-point) - Multi-task and high responsibility. - Good command in English (Writing and Speaking)
