Test Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible to tracking, follow up and review the test design and execution for all test levels such as unit test, integration test, system test and to ensure that can deliver as planned. • Develop and provide the review of Test Case Design, Detail Test Plan, Defect Logs and etc., and ensure that comply with MTL standard and governance. • Responsible for test and defect management by using tools. • Responsible to resolve, manage and escalate for all test issues and problems. • Facilitates the test preparation, and do the readiness checking with all related parties before starting test execution. • Co-ordinate all testing tasks among internal teams and other vendors. • Team mentoring to ensure all test levels will be delivered with enough quality and on time. • Participating in a project team, working group or task force established to deal with a specific problem or issue - especially valuable if the group is inter-disciplinary. • Consult and Provide the Test Analysts as well as functional responsibilities aligned with improving product quality work with the Testing team, to assist Testing team for the preparation of test plans and the testing of software to comply guidelines and standards. • Communicate the test project status. • Report status on a timely basis. • Prepare Test Summary reports after exit criteria are met.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • ไม่ต่ำกว่าระดับปริญญาตรีทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ (Computer Science) หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง และลงเรียนวิชาทางด้าน คอมพิวเตอร์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 15 หน่วยกิต • ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ในการออกแบบหรือจัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับกระบวนการทดสอบ • มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ วางแผนการปฏิบัติงาน ควบคุม ติดตาม ประเมินผล การสื่อสาร การประสานงาน มีความรอบรู้ในเรื่องนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันสูงและทรัพยากรที่จำกัด • มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน ได้เป็นอย่างดี • มีความรู้ความสามารถในการทดสอบระบบ • มีความรู้ทางด้านประกัน (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
