หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job summary: To be responsible for Bancassurance business development with business partner through bank channels assigned. Job Description: • Responsible for Bancassurance business development with business partner through bank channels assigned. • Accountable for sales figures and take necessary action plan in order to achieve business target assigned. • To provide coaching, marketing support and service to bank channels assigned. • Ensure bank channels well informed and followed the sales process guidelines. • Competent and understand the market trend on business products. • Conduct branch visits and provide training to staff and new recruits. • Work closely and engage with bank channels by updating sales performance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male or female with age between 23 – 40 years old. • Bachelor’s Degree in business related field or equivalent. • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field and preferably with sales experience in insurance or financial institution. • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. • Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.
