• Review online content marketing on community web  Have full understanding on social media, research and marketing tools and able to run in depth analysis to understand issue and provide recommended actions and solutions  Ensure operation performance based on SLA and standard KPI  Ensure customers’ satisfaction  Delivers "just-in-time" training and “ad-hoc script” to resolve issues  Ability in managing investigations of escalations of inaccurate decisions, to understand the root cause(s), especially in severe and big impact or crisis where the content is ambiguous, or the decision has an outsized

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male or female  Age between 22 - 40 years old.  Min bachelor’s degree in related field preferably Computer science, ecommerce, digital marketing  1+ years of experience in content review, Social media and IT screening  Strong writing style and understanding of Thai grammar is necessary, preferably experience in writing content, copy write and tele script  Understand content screening policy will be advantage.  Good command of English for both oral and writing preferable TOEIC test score at 650  A deep interest and understanding of online media and social networks.  Strong leadership, efficiency, accuracy and empathy.  Good attitude, fast learner, adaptability.  Awareness of current cultural, political and social events in Bangkok.  Goal-oriented work approach and flexibility.  Strong problem solving skills  Able to work under tight timeline and pressure situation  MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN SHFIT (5 WORKING DAYS A WEEK)
