• ● Manage the production schedule for feature development and content releases ● Assign, coordinate, and track development tasks of Engineering, QA, and Art across multiple sites ● Facilitate communications across product management, Art, and technical team members which may be located in different offices in different timezones ● Ensure project management and development best practices are followed by the team ● Identify production challenges in advance and drive creative solutions to resolve issues and manage risk ● Remain proactive to ensure project pipeline meets aggressive production deadlines ● Convert high-level product requirements into more actionable tasks ● Analyze the analytical data to understand product behaviors and performance ● Provide regular updates on production status to team leadership ● Provide input on process and operational improvements ● Other production duties as assigned
