หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Allocate litigation jobs to outsourced agents (Civil and Criminal Case).  Prepare briefings, details of litigation jobs and other related documents, hand them over to outsourced agents.  Follow up with the outsourced agents and update litigation process and status into outsource agent’s website.  Coordinate with outsourced agent to follow up and check court fees at courts and also follow up court fee refund for cancellation case and compromise case.  Give testimony to government agencies and attend court trial as company lawyer or witness.  Provide legal comments or correspondences in case there is problem when dealing with customer.  Collect and gather all required documents as supporting documents for lawsuits.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  At least Bachelor’s degree in Laws.  At least 5 years working experience in Laws, litigation or legal procedures is required.  Computer literature in Microsoft Office.  Good communication and negotiation skill is required in dealing with external parties.  Good knowledge in civil law, criminal law, and other laws relating to leasing business.  Spirit of team work and commitment.
