หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Supervise and control audit process of call follow up of in-house team and/or outsource team  Investigate complaint cases  Provide corrective measure and preventive measure to avoid customer complaint, ensure compliance with laws and all related regulations  Suggest new operation or modification the current operation to ensure compliance with laws and all related regulations and effectiveness of follow up  Advise, suggest, and coordinate with the team and other units for problem solving, improvement, and development of works.  Set up annual audit operation for in-house team  Provide standard workflow of regular audit and annual audit  Advice, suggest, and coordinate with the team and other units for problem solving, improvement, and development of works.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  At least Bachelor’s degree in Legal or related fields  At least 3-5 years of experience in collection, operation audit  Experience in handling issue relating to Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) is preferable  Competent in English communication, both speaking and writing  Computer literature in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint  Good people management and team management  Good decision making and problem-solving skills  Business process improvement skill
