• 1. Merchandising Planning is the very core of our business. Based on the local market demand and global fashion trend, we decide the order quantity for every product that we sell. Review, analyze and adjust allocation plans incorporating sales trends 2. Reforecast business in-season based on current performance, present revised projections and recommendations to cross functional partners 3. Create allocation strategies, incorporating the merchandise plan and flow strategy to meet store inventory needs. 4. Create and plan product assortments (item, color, size) for each product category 5. Lead the whole business by planning sales floor layout and marketing plan. 6. Communicate with GHQ(Japan) in order to confirm product information and global guideline. 7. Manage replenishment plans to ensure that sales are optimized, and stores are without missing SKU
