• Office Relocation/Renovation 1. Take care project of office renovation, Dealing with related vendors ex. Building, construction vendor, design vendor 2. Monitor and Manage office expense ex. Rental, electricity, water bill, vendors service fee Office Management 1. Manage and monitor the general affair expense and operate such expenses in system within timeline 2. Take care of office equipment, office stationary, mailings, reception, security, maid 3. Control company’s asset registration for newcomer and the company’s guests such as entry card and other necessities 4. Generate and Prepare of regularly reports by weekly, monthly, yearly Office Vendors Management 1. Manage and oversee all the service contract/agreement related to office management and general affairs service 2. Manage correspondence (Internal mails, External mail, packages etc.) Project Management 1. Assists in planning and arranging events, including New Year Party, Songkran Activity, etc. Ad-Hoc task assign by supervisor
