General Accounting & Administration

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Taking care and responsible for the day-to-day activities in administration and support in processing of related accounting documentations • Act as a liaison between Thailand, Regional Office & Finance team in general administration functions, accounting related issues, tax matters and so on for co & affiliates offices • Prepare, control and manage of Accounting Payable such as the payments/ expenses to suppliers, staffs and so on • Assistance in Weekly calculating & preparing tax certificates, including in submission & reports • Coordinate with Accounting firm on daily accounting process, monthly tax & VAT preparation, and some legal issues, assist to Senior Supervisor in some HR documentation process

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's Degree in any related fields • At least 2 years of working experience in Administration, General Affairs in any industry • Female, Thai nationality and age not over than 30 years old. • Good command of computer literacy as MS Office, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel • Well organized, time management and attention to detail with multi-tasking skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet organizational deadlines. • Able to communicate in both Thai and English skills as fairly good or communicable level
