Production Studio Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of the studio, including the set-up and operation of equipment – cameras, audio, lighting, and all other technical aspects as assigned by management. • Oversee, manage, mentor and guide a young team • Pitch video content to Executive Producer on a monthly basis, and execute those projects as technical lead, producer and director. • Perform pre-production activities such as location scouting, set design, props ordering, maintaining budget, scripting and storyboarding, casting, hiring crew, and rehearsals. • Plan, direct and shoot video in studio and on location; perform duties of director, audio technician, videographer or grip - as needed to assure production quality. • You will make sure your shoots are executed professionally and in a timely manner, you will provide post production with time codes in a final script for the editing phase- as assigned and approved by the Senior Producer and Executive Producer. • Manage field production: equipment, logistics and technical requirements • Manage production of on-going video projects and short-term video projects for our company and clients • Collaborate closely with Executive Producer on creative aspects of projects, offering ideas and solutions • Troubleshoot issues during all parts of the production process, always keeping strong communication with our Executive Producer - based in US office.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in film/video production, broadcast technology, journalism or a related field required • Must have a working understanding of all aspects of studio production, especially directing and graphics development • Strong English language competency required. • Experience in the use of television studio lighting, grip, audio, cameras, and principle production equipment. • Strong shooting and storytelling skills • Must be able to effectively communicate ideas both written and verbally • Must be able to work independently and on a team • Must have strong leadership skills, to lead a crew on set with professional attitude. • Familiarity with video file formats and delivery systems (you will be trained by Production team on our systems) • Thai National Only
