Business Coordinator (Business Solution) ประจำสีลม

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Assist new business development and project management team to support overall new business project management including customer relationship, subcontractor management, budgetary control, implementation schedule and project quality assurance - Manage the inter-dependencies from each project, Research data (online and offline) and Manage and administer databases - Prepare quality status reports, presentations and materials needed to facilitate critical decisions by the management team / business development lead - Create PO and Check Cost Sheet and Support all Administration function - Prove track record delivering complex business solutions and manage multiple stakeholders, especially related to the digital sales solutions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality, Female, Age 30-40 years old - Bachelor or Master Degree in Operation Management, Business Administration, IT, Digital Marketing or other related filed - Minimum 3 years experiences in business project management, customer relationship management, digital solution, banking business, consulting, or other services industry - Good Command in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point and Excel (VLookup, Pivot Table) - Good Command of verbal and written communication skill in English - Excellent of communication, interpersonal, problem solving and logical thinking Skills - Ability to work under complex condition and time constraint - Good experience in various project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall etc. - Possess driving license and own a car will be advantage - Have an experience in digital transformation will be advantage
