IT Infrastructure Engineer ประจำสีลม

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Monitor, diagnose and resolve problems with key IT systems to ensure systems work efficiently. - Manage crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve problems. - Plan and undertake projects to improve and upgrade key IT systems as directed by IT management. - Produce relevant documentation and project plans. - Manage, configure and develop Private network and Cloud services. - Manage and configure Server, Storage and etc. - Provide 2nd line technical support and provide technical expertise for 1st line IT support staff, sharing technical knowledge. - Networking experience to include LANs, WANs and VPNs - Network security experience (working with Firewalls, configuring VPNs, Layer-3 devices) - Backup systems and solutions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai Nationality, age 25-35 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, Container Technology. - Knowledge of Web server Microsoft IIS, Apache, Nginx, Web logic, etc. - Knowledge of Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL. - Knowledge of Cloud based systems AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc. - Programming skill of batch & shell script, Power-shell, Python. - Knowledge of System software installation, Performance tuning, and Maintenance. - Knowledge of Virtualization VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Docker. - Understanding of storage technologies, hardware installation and design, networking, virtualization. - Understanding of IT Securities IDS, IPS, Firewall, VPN, Internet Policy, Web Certificates. - Good Knowledge in Wired, Wireless and Access Point system. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating various technical solutions. - Performance management, systems management, change management and systems administration experience. - Good personality and communication skills and high ability to learn new technology.
